a belated merry christmas, happy new year, happy valentines & happy chinese new year.

yes, it has been that long.

why did i ever think i could make money from writing?

anyways, life's a peach right now. actually, thats not entirely true. life is as life was in 2009 --not that i hit the jackpot or anything major like that. been so busy that i didnt make any new year's resolution, although even if i did, it would probably be the same: save more money, swear less, dont kill my plants, eat healthy, exercise yada yada...

not that i see any of it through anyways. BUT, i salsa-cised last night so i suppose that counts for something, even if its only been the 2nd time in this whole year. i know its just an excuse but having a toddler and finding time to exercise is a bit of a challenge. the most i can do given my constraints is take a walk around 7 apartment blocks before the sun totally goes down. excuses... :D

this year, we've got a few major plans. actually, theyre more like my plans and i have to introduce them slowly to my first-say-NO husband. some plans are a given, so no knee-jerk reaction. some plans make sense but he just has to be difficult and say no to it first. then a week later, he'll come around to agreeing.

we're looking for a new maid again. sigh. not sure if its gonna be an indonesian considering that the freeze is still on. so wish us luck.

i also have to get off my lazy ass and update my cv. i really SHOULD change jobs this year. right.

as for baby no.2, well... thats not up to us so, we'll leave it in God's hands. so keep us in your prayers --catholic or not :D.
